The Papagayo beaches on Lanzarote, well known for nudists

The Papagayo beaches on the southern coast of Lanzarote, where nudists well known, are among the most beautiful beaches of the island.

In the far south of Lanzarote are the Papagayo beaches, which consist of several large and some small sandy bays. It does, however only two of these beautiful beaches nude bathing. These are the beaches of "Playa del Pozo" on the south coast and "Playa Caleta del Congrio" on the east coast. Since the Papagayo beaches are also very happy to visit from the local population, you should not miss at the other Papagayo beaches on swimwear.

The Papagao beaches can be reached by car via a dirt road several miles long. On this trip you will find after about 1 kilometer, is a ticket booth. Here you have to pay € 3.00 (as of 6/30/2010) per vehicle for the use of "street", so you may continue. It's worth it!
